Acta Diabetologica is a journal dedicated to publishing experimental and clinical research on diabetes mellitus and related metabolic diseases. Invites original contributions on biochemical, physiological, pathophysiological and clinical aspects of diabetes and metabolic diseases. Publishes in the form of original articles, short communications, letters to the editor, invited reviews editorials, and workshop reportsl Features a Methodology forum for contributions on methodological aspects of diabetes in vivo and in vitro. The Editor-in-chief will be pleased to consider articles describing new techniques (e.g., new transplantation methods, metabolic models), of innovative importance in the field of diabetes/metabolism. Established in 1964, it is one of the oldest active diabetes journals in Europe.
