Acta Clinica Belgica: International Journal of Clinical and Laboratory Medicine primarily publishes papers on clinical medicine, microbiology, clinical chemistry and molecular biology - provided they describe results which contribute to our understanding of clinical problems, or describe new methods applicable to clinical investigation. Although international, the journal has a particular interest in submissions relevant to Belgian healthcare. The journal is characterized by the rapid reporting of reviews, original research, and clinical studies across all disease areas. Readership includes physicians and pharmacists working in non-academic and academic hospitals, practicing internal medicine and its subspecialties and laboratory medicine.
