ACME: An International Journal for Critical Geographies is an open access peer reviewed academic journal dedicated to critical and radical approaches within human geography and related social sciences. Founded in 2002, the journal provides an international platform for scholarly research addressing social justice, political economy, environmental change, spatial inequalities, urban transformation, and critical theoretical perspectives on geography and society. The journal emphasizes interdisciplinary and socially engaged scholarship that examines the relationships between space, power, politics, identity, and environmental processes. ACME publishes original research articles, theoretical essays, interventions, reviews, and critical discussions related to feminism, postcolonialism, Marxist geography, Indigenous studies, migration, neoliberalism, and activism. As an open access publication, ACME promotes free global access to academic knowledge and encourages collaborative intellectual exchange among researchers, activists, educators, and students.
